of two lasers offers far more possibilities than just hair

smaller veins of the legs or face (including the nose area)
can be lightened or totally removed with our GentleYAG. Laser
therapy can also drastically improve the appearance and confidence
of men with pseudofolliculitis barbae (beard bumps) – a common
problem among men with darker skin and course hair.
Hair removal
is still our most common request from men, especially among
those men with athletic careers and hobbies. We can treat
small areas such as the inner nose and ears as well as large
areas including the full back, arms or legs. You can
experience life without painful plucking and time consuming
shaving and end the cycle of painful ingrown hairs that leave
unsightly bumps and hyperpigmentation after shaving. We offer
treatment in private rooms and as always, records remain confidential.
Most male patients who dislike
hair on the back or chest experienced a profuse growth of body
hair soon after puberty - usually between ages 15-20.
Body hair develops in stages:
• First, hair develops in
the center of the chest and forms a sagittal pubic pattern, with no hair on the
back.
• Next,
the chest pattern expands, the pubic area becomes acuminate
and hair begins to develop on the neck, tailbone and sides
of back.
• Then
both the chest and back patterns expand.
• In
the last stage, the chest area continues to expand, the pubic
area is dispersed, and hair develops on the shoulders while
the back is covered with hair.
Electrolysis & Laser can help men who want to reverse some
or all of this natural development. In addition, electrolysis
can be used to thin unwanted facial hair, or rid you of hair
around the rim of the ears or nose.
Common
